This story is open source! I built a thing rather than using Twine. It’s on GitHub here. I didn’t upload the story prose bundle yet but I’d throw it over if anyone tried to use this for anything. Any hosting may go down so I will ensure there’s something that works offline. This is not distributed as a single HTML file as other assets are included like audio at the moment.
